Prakash Ingle is a civil engineering graduate having professional experience of 31 years, which consist of the last 3 years as a consultant, 9 years (2007-2016) with JP Morgan real estate fund as an Executive Director (Development and Engineering Group) and 19 years as hardcore civil engineer. He has worked with 10 different organizations such as, developers, contractors, project management consultant, construction manager, real estate fund at local, national and international levels.
After graduating in engineering (1988), he has started understanding the construction process and studied business management (Diploma in business management -1990). After around 15 years, while working with various firms, Prakash has realized the importance of finance, hence studied diploma in financial management – 2005, he then got attracted towards exploring the right brain (Creativity) and studied diploma in advertising and public relations. His last professional learning was an executive MBA in 2010. Since 2016, Prakash has started exploring life through Yoga and sharing knowledge (as consultant), resulted in creating websites, maybe beneficial to many unknowns.

Prakash has explored 10 different organization’s processes and systems at 3 levels. He has worked with various firms, such as, Mahindra Acres Consulting Engineers Ltd., as Project Management Consultant (Office & Industry), Sembcorp (Singapore Technologies) as Construction Manager, (Residential & Commercial), Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) as Infrastructure Contractors (Nuclear Power project, roads, bridges), Reliance Energy Ltd as Client (Residential & Commercial), JP Morgan – Real Asset Fund (All of the above plus IT SEZ & Hospitality) and Sanghvi Parsssva – Developer as Consultant.
He has explored his engineering skills while working as hardcore engineer for 19 years in construction industry, which consist of 8 years in project execution based at sites, 8 years in planning, MIS, contracting, cost management and 3 years in infrastructure – construction engineering and methodology group of HCC.
Prakash has utilized his overall engineering experience while working with JP Morgan fund (August 2007 till July 2016). He was actively involved in strategic decisions keeping in view complete business cycle (Finance, Technical, Sales/ leasing) for @50mm sqft of developments across 17 projects spanning pan India (Mumbai region, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and NCR) for two funds worth about $500mm.
He has successfully created, modified and implemented technical processes and systems for JP Morgan’s India operation, (real estate fund) based on International parameters. Prior to investments in projects, carried out due diligence for engineering and environment for analyzing technical risk, whereas post investments, created value in projects, with the help of tools of monitoring, control and value engineering.
Prakash has worked as planning manager in Singapore while working with Sembcorp. Over a period of 9 years (2007-16), he has interacted with International Investors as well as JP Morgan team and understood the way American, European and Asian funds are doing businesses. He has traveled to USA, UK, Hong Kong and China to understand the developments and explored as well as exchanged best processes and systems. With JP Morgan’s Asia platform, he was actively involved in carrying out technical due diligence and monitoring of projects in Australia, Japan and China.
